hangouts-fate-aspects is a simple extension for Google Hangouts to show a list of aspects in FATE-ish roleplaying games. There are two separated lists of aspects (scenario and situation aspects) that are shown in the sidebar. In the current version, all the participants can add or delete aspects to any of the lists.
This app is libre software, and the source code is available on github.
